2. May 7th:
Nutrition for the Family
Join us Thursday, May 7th at noon for a Health for the Family. Mary-Ann Shearer, nutrition educator and author, will be speaking on Health for the Whole Family. She will cover nutrition from pre-pregnancy all the way to the teenage years. Learn how proper nutrition can help keep your family happy and healthy without breaking your budget! The Natural Way Seminar
Come and hear Mary-Ann Shearer,bestselling health and nutrition authorin the Southern hemisphere explain some simple ways on how to obtain optimum health while living “The Fasted Lifestyle.” Mary-Ann has studied health and nutrition for over 30 years and is the author of several books best-selling books on health and nutrition.
